Jenzabar EX Upgrade Planned Outage

We are planning to have an outage on January 2nd, 2010, from 8:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. that same day, to upgrade EX to 3.0.5 and myEMU to JICS 7.1. SIS and myEMU may be ready before 9:00 p.m., but check this page to determine the status before attempting to sign on to either system.

EX users: You can not be in the software until you hear that it is ready to use. Else data loss may ensue.

myEMU users: You will experience an outage as well.

Maintenance Outage: All Systems Affected

Information Systems will be conducting routine maintenance on core servers and network equipment. During the outage, network services will be limited or unavailable. This includes, but is not limited to, email, file server access, wireless, SIS, myEMU, Blackboard, and copying and printing.

UPDATE 2:00PM – Some issues developed during the last hour of these maintenance procedures. All technology services should be availabe EXCEPT e-mail. We now estimate that e-mail will return to service around 3:00pm today (Saturday, 11/21).

UPDATE 3:35PM – E-mail issues continue. E-mail will likely return to service about 4pm.
