The server hosting the copier tracking software is offline for a maintenance procedure. It should be back online by 8:30.
The OCS server (public copier system) will be down for a short period of time so an upgrade can be installed.
We are experiencing problems with the copier tracking system and are working on a resolution with the vendor.
The software that tracks usage of public copiers will be migrated to new hardware on Tuesday evening beginning at 5:00 PM. They will be unavailable for about 20 minutes while the migration is being completed. NOTE: This does NOT affect departmental copiers.
The OCS server needs to be taken offline for routine maintenance and installation of an operating system upgrade. This will affect copiers, Physical Plant’s iServiceDesk application, and certain software which requires access to a key server. We anticipate the outage to last 2 to 3 hours provided no unexpected difficulties are encountered.
One of the applications hosted by OCS requires that it have additional memory installed. This outage will coincide with the Novell server outage already scheduled.
The Copier server needs to be reboot.
Users were unable to imput data via the keypads.
