Jenzabar EX (SIS) & myEMU Upgrade
The SIS will be upgraded to EX 3.8, with attendant upgrades to myEMU.

Status update at 6:00 pm:
myEMU is now available for use.
The EX (SIS) upgrade is extended to 9:00 pm.
Calendar Server Upgrade
The Oracle Calendar server will be inaccessible for approximately one hour while updates are installed. This will affect users of the web calendar and Outlook.
ST server crashed
ST Novell server crashed. Was rebooted.
ST crashed again and was rebooted.
MAJOR network outage for equipment upgrades & maintenance
A core network device is being upgraded, requiring a complete network outage.
ALL network services will be affected for the bulk of the outage, scheduled from 7 – 11 a.m.
UPDATE at 11:15: Some services are still being started up. Everything should be available again by noon.

A portlet caused a brief service disruption.
Brief Blackboard outage
The Blackboard server needs to be restarted to fully correct problems that began on Sunday. The total time unavailable should be less than 10 minutes.
Blackboard server problem
The Blackboard server is not recognizing a storage device that’s needed for it to function. The problem is being investigated.
Student (ST) fileserver crashed
The server became unresponsive and was rebooted.
Email server maintenance
The primary email server will be taken offline for 20 to 30 minutes late Tuesday night in order to make more storage space available.
