Scheduled: 25Live Upgrade to v25

From Tuesday, August 4, 9:00 pm to Wednesday, August 5 1:00 am (four hours total), CollegeNet will be upgrading our 25Live scheduling system to version 25.

this upgrade will fix a couple issues that users have encountered:

  • It will prevent users from making one very long event rather than recurring events.
  • It will give us the ability to customize reports.

25Live will be unavailable during the upgrade. No other systems will be affected.

Scheduled: HelpWeb/EquipWeb migration to new server

On Wednesday, 15 Julyy 2015 between 8:00am and 8:30pm, Information Systems will be migrating the HelpWeb and EquipWeb databases to a new server.

HelpWeb and EquipWeb will be unavailable during the migration. No other systems will be affected.

Emails to helpdesk@emu.edu will be imported into HelpWeb when the migration is done.

25Live – Emergency Patch

From CollegeNet: Monday, December 15th, 2014 at 5:00 (ET), we will deploying an emergency patch to your 25Live release 24 environment in both your Test and Production instances.

IMPORTANT: In order for your system to receive these service upgrades, it is essential that you follow these instructions:
After you have received notification that the upgrades are complete, clear your browser cookies and cache to ensure that you are receiving the newest code.

This patch includes the following updates:

1) Users with override permissions to blackouts and open/close hours can now override them when scheduling using the Event Wizard.
2) The advanced search in the Event Wizard now correctly returns data.
3) Improvements to the event save process to resolve issues with custom event PUT input BPEs.
4) ECommerce handles daylight saving time changes more smoothly.
5) Special characters are handled better in custom Event Wizard configurations.
6) Notification about date buffers appears correctly in the Event Wizard.
7) Event requirements appear correctly in the Event Wizard when selected for an event type.
8) We have made improvements to handling of bound events.
9) The event description now appears consistently for default Event Wizard configurations.
