The student file server is not responding and needs to be rebooted.

Software vendor Jenzabar will be upgrading part of the Campus Web component of the SIS. This will require that the SIS be shut down as well as Campus Web.

Scheduled web server updates
This outage will include system software updates, a blog software update, and renaming /ctp to /cjp.
Database server restart
Routine software updates will be installed on a database server. This procedure will result in it being unavailable for several minutes. This affects Astra Schedule, copier login, Campus Web, Goldmine, and iService Desk.
Fac-staff file server (FS) hardware upgrade – scheduled
Network file and print services, including NetStorage, will be unavailable to faculty and staff while the FS server hardware is upgraded.
This outage is scheduled to last from 7:00am to noon.
UPDATE at 12:00pm. Difficulties have been encountered. Novell servers expected to return to service at 1:00pm.
FS server rebooted
