E-mail delivery outage

A server was shut down during a power outage and needed to be restarted after the failure. This delayed mail delivery.

The Library catalog was stopped due to a power outage. It was restarted after power was restored.

The SIS will be unavailable during the
monthly full backup, until approximately 9:00 am.

Unexpected internet outage

The SIS will be unavailable during the
quarterly full backup, until approximately 9:00 am.

The backup failed which was preventing logins to the green screen and any access to campus web

A communication problem with the uninterruptable power supply caused one of the mail servers to shut down.
