Astra Schedule

The FS server crashed and had to be restarted.
Astra Schedule requires a routine upgrade for continued support from the vendor. The outage while the upgrade is in progress is not expected to be lengthy.
Blackboard course specific information is unavailable. Technicians will work on resolving this issue Wednesday morning (6/25).
The SIS will be unavailable during the monthly full backup, until approximately 9:00 am.
Campus Web will be unavailable during the General Ledger end-of-year roll (ending approximately 8:30 am).
Many major systems will be unavailable while a routine upgrade is made to our Novell NetWare file servers.
All services that require the Royal username and password will be inaccessible for most/all of the outage period.

One of four internal hard drives failed. EMU400 and Campus Web were taken off-line. A new drive was ordered, and an IBM hardware rep delivered and installed it. Contents of failed drive were reconstructed from redundant data on remaining drives.
