The OCS server (public copier system) will be down for a short period of time so an upgrade can be installed.
Oracle Calendar Server
The calendar server has crashed, tecnicians are working to resolve the problem.
FS server will be rebooted
The Novell file server “FS” needs to have some drivers updated – which will require a reboot.
This should take 5-10 minutes (or less).
Webmail
Webmail is not responsive, technicians are looking into the problem.
Campus Web Outage
Campus Web will be unavailable today from 5 PM to 6 PM for routine maintenance procedures in the Business Office. SIS will not be affected by this outage.
FS file server not responding
FS file server is not responding. A technician is working on the problem, and expects that FS should be available in about 15 minutes.
FS server is unavailable
The FS file server became unavailable. Technicians are troubleshooting and will reboot the server. We expect it to be available in 15-20 minutes.
iServiceDesk down for server maintenance
TMA iSD will be offline while the server on which it is hosted will be down for a maintenance procedure. This is expected to take under half an hour.
Webmail
Cannot login to EMU Webmail service. This was caused by a failure of a dependent service. The server has been rebooted.
Software upgrade on (new) web application server
This outage only affects internal applications used by the Information Systems and Marketing departments.
