Course Evaluations LimeSurvey Upgrade
We will be upgrading the instance of LimeSurvey used for course evaluations.
This will NOT affect the non-course evaluation LimeSurvey instance.
During this time students will not be able to complete course evaluations and instructors will not be able to schedule or modify course evaluations.
Print, Copy, Scan Outage
Print, copy, and scan services will be offline for up to an hour while we resolve Equitrac licensing issues.
Wireless outage to install new IOS
Need to reboot devices to install an updated IOS
Moodle Minor-release Upgrade
We will be applying a minor-point release upgrade to Moodle to enhance security and performance.
Print, Copy, Scan Outage
Users will be unable to print, copy, or scan for approximately 30 minute while updates are installed on the Equitrac server.
EX FAM module outage, PowerFAIDS 18.1
For those of you that use the Financial
Aid module, there will be an upgrade
planned for Friday afternoon from
8:00am until 11am. Please stay out of
the FAM module while we get PowerFAIDs
up to date to version 18.1.
You may use any other part of EX during
this time.
Saturday maintenance: multiple services affected
Monthly maintenance for January involves several services:
1. Jenzabar EX and MyEMU: a brief outage of 10 minutes or less.
2. Media storage: a system that hosts data for the Marketing department, printshop, and online podcasts will be unavailable for an extended time while troubleshooting and resolution procedures are carried out.
myEMU – Online Admissions Form – Available on January 3
The upgrade to myEMU from 12/31/2013 had to be extended. We expect all myEMU services to be available again by January 3, 2013. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope you will try again when the service returns.
myEMU upgrade
The upgrade of Jenzabar EX for Monday 31 December has completed. The update of my.emu.edu continues, and will probably be completed sometime on Wednesday, January 2.
We expect outages for only the following system between 8:00 pm December 31 and 5:00 pm on January 2:
