EX FAM module outage, PowerFAIDS 17.3B
For those of you that use the Financial Aid module, there will be an upgrade planned for Tuesday afternoon from 3:00pm until 5pm. Please stay out of the FAM module while we get PowerFAIDs up to date to version 17.3B.
You may use any other part of EX during this time.
Notifylink server moving to Royals domain
The Notifylink service will be unavailable for about an hour while the server is moved into our new Royals domain. All emails and calendar events will sync once the the service is back online.

Voicemail hardware replacement
The SCSI controller in our voicemail server needs to be replaced. During replacement, voicemail will be unavailable. Unanswered calls will continue to ring until the caller hangs up during this time.
*UPDATE* A problem with a replacement part delayed bringing the voicemail server back.
Voicemail
The voice mail system is down. Technicians are currently working to restore voicemail service.
MyEMU Outage
A scheduled backup process inadvertently brought down MyEMU. All services should be available now.
