Beginning Friday, July 24, 5pm and lasting through Monday, July 27, 8am, J1Desktop, J1Web and PowerFAIDs will be unavailable.
IT will be working with Jenzabar to transition our Jenzabar applications from their current location on campus to JaaS (Jenzabar hosted platform).
Instructions on how to access Jenzabar after the migration will be sent to users with permission to access at a later date.
On July 25, 7:00am – 5:00pm, myEMU will be unavailable. IT will be working with Jenzabar to transition myEMU from its current location to a Jenzabar hosted platform.
UPDATE 9:45 AM: The problem is resolved now and the site is functionally normally.

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with the EMU-iot network. The IT Department is actively investigating the issue and working to restore full connectivity as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience.
The IT Department is aware of an issue affecting the PaperCut scanning feature. Currently, when users scan a document on a copier and send it to an email address, PaperCut logs the scan but fails to deliver the email. IT is actively investigating a communication issue between the PaperCut and email servers. Trying to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
