ZW server outage
ZW server hung – no network connectivity, high CPU.

Astra Schedule server update
The Astra server needs a bugfix update and will be unavailable for about 30 minutes.
FS server crashed
Server crashed after an adminstrative change. It is being rebooted.
FS Server
FS Server stopped responding. It was rebooted.
Jenzabar update to SIS
Jenzabar will be applying an update to the Student Information System (AS/400). The system will be unavailable from 9-10 am April 14.
Novell Fileserver Outage – This affects MANY things!
A support pack will be applied to EMU’s fileservers, affecting file and print services. This is a routine maintenance procedure to ensure server stability and security.
Working with files on the network during this period is STRONGLY discouraged.
E-mail, calendar and other services that depend on the Royal Password will be unavailable during periods of this outage.
Other services, such as Internet access, Campusweb and Blackboard will remain available.
There will also be a brief (about a minute) outage affecting all services as new equipment is put into service.
Brief email sending interruption Wednesday April 12
Some of our email software requires an update which we will be installing early Wednesday morning. The outage will be imperceptible to most users, however you may notice a few minutes during which you are unable to send messages. The ability to read your messages will not be affected.
FS Server Outage
The FS server is unresponsive, network technicians are working to restore functionality. Network drives and printing to networked printers is unavailable at this time.
FS Server Crashed
FS server crashed….appears to be same problem as before.
