On Saturday, May 9, 3:00 pm to approximately 6:00 pm, IT will be performing an upgrade to the EMU Firewall. This will result in an extensive outage of networked technology on campus. Services impacted are:

Phones
Wired Network
Wireless Network
Internet
Printing
Classroom Technology

If you are off-campus some services will remain available, including all Google services, Moodle, Salesforce, and www.emu.edu. However, Jenzabar systems including J1 and MyEMU will not be available on or off campus.

UPDATE: The phone system is working again now.

Internal, outbound and inbound calls are not working, and some phones are showing “unregistered”.
