Sat 10:25am: Update: We have resolved the issue. All student and faculty access to Moodle courses has been restored. No data was lost during the outage.
Sat 10am: Update: We have identified the source of the problem and are working on a fix.
We are currently experiencing a problem with Moodle. Students and faculty do not have access to their courses.
Users are unable to login to SSC Campus. We have contacted support and they are working on the issue.
CollegeNET is currently experiencing technical issues that could result in slowed or interrupted Series25 services.
Google is reporting a service disruption with Google Drive. Files will not load and results in a 500 error.

We will be upgrading PaperCut to version 17 on Tuesday, July 24 from 1pm-4pm. Printing, copying and scanning will not be available during the upgrade. This will not impact the Lancaster site.

On February 21, 9:00, CollegeNET will temporarily take 25Live Test and Production environments offline for up to 30 minutes.
On Tuesday December 6 (9:00pm), 25Live will be upgraded to v27.
During the time of the upgrade, 25Live will not be available for viewing or creating events.

On Saturday, December 17, Panopto will be upgraded to v5.3 (7:00pm-11:00pm)
During the time our site is offline, you will not be able to access records, and any attempts to upload from clients will result in a “Server unable to connect” message.

25Live is slow to load. Support has been contacted and other customers are alos reporting problems.
