Unscheduled: Internet interruption due to NAC
Update: This issue has been resolved.
Users are currently experiencing an internet interruption due to a popup from SafeConnect requesting them to download the policy key.
Unscheduled: myEMU, Jenzabar EX, SIRSI, file server access slow or unavailable
12:00pm, Noon: All performance issues have been resolved. Technicians are continuing to monitor systems.
Technicians are looking into the issue and will update with information as it is discovered.
Unscheduled: Rutt House has no network connectivity
Due to flooding in the basement, there is no network connectivity in Rutt House.

There is an unscheduled printing outage. Network technicians are working on the issue.

Currently users are unable to login to 25Live. This has been reported to Collegenet support and they are working on the issue.

Scheduled: 25Live Upgrade to v25
From Tuesday, August 4, 9:00 pm to Wednesday, August 5 1:00 am (four hours total), CollegeNet will be upgrading our 25Live scheduling system to version 25.
this upgrade will fix a couple issues that users have encountered:
- It will prevent users from making one very long event rather than recurring events.
- It will give us the ability to customize reports.
25Live will be unavailable during the upgrade. No other systems will be affected.
