FS LDAP process abended due to outlook
FS server LDAP process abended due to outlook problem. Server “FS” had to be rebooted to correct the problem.

Upgrade Novell file servers to eDirectory. This will provide expanded LDAP capabilities that are needed to support the Steltor/Corporate Time Calendar implementation.
1-1/2 Hr Internet Outage – Cause Outside EMU
System-wide failure at nTelos, the EMU Internet Service Provider. At 3:30pm they projected the failure to be corrected with a reboot of a central main-frame with service returning by 4:30pm. Service returned about 4:05pm.

Search for email addresses and phone number of students, faculty and staff was not working as of 11pm 6/29 and fixed as of 10am on 7/1.
11 Hr Web Server Outage
Complete change of web server hardware.
15 Hr Planned Maintenance for Novell Servers
Service Pack maintenance update to all Novell file servers. 15 hours reserved for the outage in case difficulties develop. It is hoped that the Novell servers could be back in service by 5:00pm.
