We’ve identified an issue affecting Wifi Network Connectivity and Google Cloud Services. To restore access we will be deploying a new Wifi Security Certificate. Once the certificate has been deployed users will need to accept the new certificate when reconnecting to EMU Wifi.
You may see a certificate prompt — please accept the new certificate to continue using the network.

On July 29, 8:30 am until 4:30 pm, the Genetec system will be upgraded to the latest
software. During this time the Genetec system will remain accessible, however various components and services will go down for moments at a time.
All Genetec devices will function normally during the upgrade.
On July 9th, SISDB will be restarted around 9:45 PM. All J1 sessions will be terminated at that time. myEMU may be unresponsive while SISDB is restarted. Other services relying on SISDB may be disrupted as well.
SISDB was rebooted at 9:46 PM
UPDATE 6/30: The problem has been fixed.
The voicemail-to-email feature of our phone system stopped working within the last few weeks. IT is now aware of this issue and working on fixing it.
Team Dynamics is experiencing an outage this morning. They are aware and investigating the issue. We are hopeful that the system will be back up as quickly as possible. Until the issue is resolved EMU IT is unable to access new and existing work orders. We will respond as soon as we are able. Sorry for the inconvenience this may cause.
UPDATE: Power was restored around 3:00 PM.
A power outage in Parkwoods 902 has caused the Wi-Fi to fail in Parkwoods 902 and Bomberger House. IT and Facilities are investigating.
Update: J1 should be working like normal again.
J1 is currently not working…your log-in will hang and eventually error out. IT is aware and currently working on this issue. Sorry for the trouble!
Maintenance is being performed on the Wi-Fi system between 6 PM and 9 PM on 5/14/25. The Wi-Fi will be down for a few minutes.
