Tuesday 10 May from 9:00 pm to 12:00 am is a scheduled outage for 25Live. 25Live will be unavailable during this time.
No other systems will be affected.
The upgrade to v26 will increase functionality to the mobile version.

SaaS users are currently experiencing with an issue with the 25Live Dashboard failing to load. We are actively working on a resolution. No action is required on your part at this time. This is purely an informational announcement.

Users are currently experiencing an internet interruption due to a popup from SafeConnect requesting them to download the policy key.
12:00pm, Noon: All performance issues have been resolved. Technicians are continuing to monitor systems.
