There is an as-yet unknown issue with remote access using the VPN software. Technicians are working on the issue.

Problem resolved. Contact the help desk if there continue to be issues.
On Tuesday, June 21, 2022 from 5:00PM to 5:45PM we will be updating a component of the EMU VPN to a newer software version. New connections to the EMU VPN will not work during the upgrade. VPN connections already active at the time of the upgrade will not be affected.
