On Thursday, Dec 18th at 5:00pm, CollegeNET will be deploying an emergency patch to 25Live in both Test and Production.
The 25Live patch includes the following updates:
1) Correction to custom attribute handling in the Event Wizard.
2) Updates to handling of bound events.
3) Requestor and Scheduler are emailed correctly when this feature is configured.
On Thursday 18 Dec 2014 between 3:00pm and 6:00pm information systems will be upgrading our Moodle system to version 2.8.
Moodle will be unavailable during the upgrade; no other systems will be affected.

This patch includes the following updates:
1) Users with override permissions to blackouts and open/close hours can now override them when scheduling using the Event Wizard.
2) The advanced search in the Event Wizard now correctly returns data.
3) Improvements to the event save process to resolve issues with custom event PUT input BPEs.
4) ECommerce handles daylight saving time changes more smoothly.
5) Special characters are handled better in custom Event Wizard configurations.
6) Notification about date buffers appears correctly in the Event Wizard.
7) Event requirements appear correctly in the Event Wizard when selected for an event type.
8) We have made improvements to handling of bound events.
9) The event description now appears consistently for default Event Wizard configurations.
For those of you that use the Financial Aid module, there will be an upgrade planned for 11/14, Friday morning until 10:00am. Please stay out of the FAM module while we get PowerFAIDs up to date to version 20.0.
You may use any other part of EX during this time.
Information Systems continues to address problems that cause slow internet access. Early Tuesday morning a test will be performed that will cause several brief internet interruptions between 6:00 and 7:30 AM. These interruptions will likely not be noticeable to most users. We appreciate your patience if you are affected. Our goal is to collect the data we need to improve access for everyone.

Tomorrow morning Tuesday, October 21 from 6:00 to 7:00 am is a out-of-schedule maintenance outage for myEMU. We will be installing a fix for a problem introduced in Saturday’s myEMU upgrade. myEMU will be the only system affected.
For employees (staff and students) who enter their hours online…..the Timecard Approval link will not work Monday. It should be available tomorrow again after Tuesday morning’s update.
