For those of you that use the Financial Aid module, there will be an upgrade planned for 5/3/16, Tuesday morning until 10:00am. Any connections to Financial Aid data will not be operational (FAM module, military subtab) while we get PowerFAIDs up to date to version 21.2. You may use any other part of EX during this time.

Unscheduled: Incoming toll free callers, dropped while leaving voicemail
There is an issue with incoming toll free calls. If the call goes to voicemail, the call is dropped 10 seconds into the voicemail message.
