Update (9:30 am): WiFi is now working again. If you still have trouble, please contact the Helpdesk (helpdesk@emu.edu).
WiFi on campus is currently not working. Technicians are actively working on fixing this. We will post an update as soon as we have one.
Update 3/3/23 10:37AM: Email-to-Print is working again. If you have previously submitted a job that did not go through, you should get your confirmation email today.
Email to print is currently experiencing issues. Emails are being received but are not being passed to Papercut. Please do not resend jobs.

Update (8:35 am): All phones on campus should be working now.
At this point, it appears all phones on campus are not working. IS is investigating and we will update this post as soon as we know more.
Update 1/24/23 8:00PM – Broadcast messaging functionality has been restored.
Original – Sending broadcast messages from Gmail or another web client is currently not functional and IS is investigating. In the meantime, broadcast messages should be sent from the broadcast messaging web interface (emu.edu/broadcast)
There is currently an issue that does not allow users to log-in to Moodle. Please standby as we are working on this to restore service as soon as possible.
myEMU exhibited slow loading times and was rebooted.
Sat 10:25am: Update: We have resolved the issue. All student and faculty access to Moodle courses has been restored. No data was lost during the outage.
Sat 10am: Update: We have identified the source of the problem and are working on a fix.
We are currently experiencing a problem with Moodle. Students and faculty do not have access to their courses.
Problems with one of our internet service providers disrupted internet connectivity on the Harrisonburg campus. All systems are now functioning normally.
