On Thursday, 5/26, at approximately 9:35 am, Student Information Systems (only Jenzabar EX) experienced a momentary outage. EX requests made at that time would not have completed. And EX sessions in use over that time may have needed to log in to EX again.
The outage was due to operator oversight and will not be repeated.
For those of you that use the Financial Aid module, there will be an upgrade planned for 5/26/16, Thursday morning until 10:00am. Any connections to Financial Aid data will not be operational (FAM module, military subtab) while we get PowerFAIDs up to date to version 21.3. You may use any other part of EX during this time.
Between 6:30 AM and 7:00 AM on Friday, May 20 we will be performing software updates on our website servers. You may notice intermittent issues accessing moodle.emu.edu, www.emu.edu, and the Broadcast Email system web-interface during this time.
The web-accessible interface of the Broadcast Email system will be unavailable during this outage. However, emails sent into the Broadcast system will continue to be processed normally, but their delivery may be delayed slightly.
Tuesday 10 May from 9:00 pm to 12:00 am is a scheduled outage for 25Live. 25Live will be unavailable during this time.
No other systems will be affected.
The upgrade to v26 will increase functionality to the mobile version.

We expect the outage to be for only EX and myEMU. No other systems will be affected.
Moodle will remain available at moodle.emu.edu .
If you use EX and your computer is not shut down during the upgrade, you will need to restart it for EX to work correctly.
