Unscheduled outage affecting Papercut services including printing, copying, and scanning beginning shortly after 3:30PM.
We will be upgrading PaperCut to version 17 on Tuesday, July 24 from 1pm-4pm. Printing, copying and scanning will not be available during the upgrade. This will not impact the Lancaster site.

This Saturday, 17 June 2017, from 5pm to 10pm is a scheduled Information Systems outage. We will be upgrading a core network storage device. Many services are affected, including:

The print server is scheduled for a reboot on March 30, 2017 at 7:00am. This will result in inability to print to EMU copiers and printers at the Harrisonburg campus, and may affect emailtoprint functionality. These effects should last only a few minutes.
Recent server upgrades made necessary the reconfiguration of certain aspects of our printing system. While this work is being done, a few printers in various locations on campus have been inaccessible. As of Wednesday morning this is nearly completed and we expect full resolution before noon.
There is an unscheduled printing outage. Network technicians are working on the issue.
Technicians are investigating a problem with the printing system.
Update: The problem is resolved. Printing is now functioning normally.
Print, copy, and scan services will be offline for up to an hour while we resolve Equitrac licensing issues.
ST rebooted for an unknown reason. Reloaded services and it works fine.
The student file and print server (ST) is not accepting print jobs. Printing in computer labs is not currently working. A technician is working on the problem.
